  • Owned and grew a named enterprise and upper SMB book; aligned account strategy to CFO/CEO priorities to drive net new ARR plus expansion and retention.
  • Acted as segment team lead; coached regional reps on territory plans, deal strategy, executive messaging, and mutual close plans to improve win rates on complex platform deals.
  • Partnered across Product, bank partners, and integrated software partners to remove friction in requirements, shorten cycles, and drive adoption.
  • Expanded installed base via renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, reaching 120% of quota in Q4 2024 while maintaining disciplined pipeline management. ​

  • Owned hiring and recruiting strategy for the sales team. Recruited, developed, and led a team of sales executives covering multi location retail and healthcare accounts.
