This is my mantra.  

This is how I lead.

I wanted to take the opportunity to explain how I lead, and how that differs from others in this space.  I have seen many leaders who fall into the same trap of spreadsheet updates, and little action.  That is not what i am about.

I always have a keen eye on understanding the faults in a pipeline in order to make it better.  
  • Is there evidence of an imminent closing
  • Is there a reason why this SHOULD close
  • Is there a reason why it may not?
  • WHYD (What have you done) to make this move forward?
  • WWYD (What will you do) to make this move forward?
